July 10th looks good for me, and I will check with the others to see what their schedules allow. Let's also grab lunch soon. I am copying in Robin - she's the Chief of Staff in our Policy Office and all-star coordinator. On a related matter, it's been a couple of months since EEI brought in a several of our key member company environmental policy thought leaders to discuss with you, Mandy and Brittany a range of major issues of mutual interest. EEI took away several follow-up items from that meeting and would like to circle back with you on those issues. Given both the time of year (i.e., attempts at vacation) and your routinely hectic schedule, perhaps you could suggest some potential windows the week of July 10. Finally, if the offer still stands, I'd definitely like to take you up on the lunch offer. My schedule is pretty flexible after next Wednesday, so let me know. Cheers, Quin 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA - 6/22 Production ED 001523 00008620-00008 We've been communicating regularly with OG&E's Sean Trauschke, who in turn spoke recently with Ryan about scheduling a meeting between the Administrator and EEI's environmental leadership CEOs. We'll work directly with Ryan on the specifics of that session. In the interim, however, these same CEOs are requesting that EEI assemble a small group of their senior company staff to come in and meet with you and your colleagues. From our perspective, this session would focus on key substantive and process (e.g., permitting and siting) issues, as well as the general EPA institutional landscape. When you get a moment, could you call me to discuss this item? The Administrator's remarks were extremely well received and provided ample food for thought going forward. In that vein, during the Q&A session the Administrator requested a list of current and pending milestones in cases impacting EEl's members. An initial list is attached. Importantly, it focuses on items that EEI has traditionally engaged and/or where industry unanimity has been established. Individual EEI member companies may supplement this list with additional priorities related to their local operations. I hope you find this note responsive to the Administrator's request. I will follow up with you relative to this and other matters we discussed at the EEI meeting. Quinlan J. Shea, III (Quin) Vice President, Environment 17cv1906 Sierra Club v.
