A registration table will be set up in the lobby of the Hotel Washington on Wednesday Oct 8 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in order to speed things up on Thursday morning. The exact registration fee is not known at present, but it will probably be of the order of $60 U.S.
In order to take advantage of our group rate of $90 single or $102 double, reservations should be made by September 12, Phone 202-638-5900. The most economical way of reaching the Hotel Washington is by Greyhound Bus from Dulles International Airport to the Capitol Hilton, and thence by Taxi five blocks to the hotel on Pennslvania Avenue at 15th Street.
Once again, I enclose a list of possible topics for the next meeting, please help the next program chairman by indicating your level of interest, or better still by offering a presentation. The completed forms will be collected during the meeting.
There are 6 surveys in circulation this year, on incinerators, gaskets, vessel closures, reactor safety, rupture discs, and agitation monitoring. Please expedite the return of your responses, to allow the preparation of useful reports.
Looking forward to seeing you at another productive meeting.
