Re: Bid D-3509 Liner Replacement
Gentlemen:
We propose to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the following work on D-3509.
1. Remove all existing Saran Lining 100% interior, including noaizles.
2. Sandblast to white metal and apply one (1) coat of Polyester primer to 100% interior.
3. Grind all sharp corners to radius and apply Polyster putty to sharp angles to form a coved radius.
4. Apply two (2) layers of 1% oz. Fiberglass mat, impregnated
: 100% with Vinyl Ester Resin to 100% interior, including nozzles, manways, and boilermakers.
5. Apply a Gel coat of Vinyl Ester, cure, Electric-Holiday Jeep, grind, and patch all voids, re-Jeep and apply a 5% wax-Vinyl Ester Top Coat for a total finish of approximately 100-125 mils.
All of the above for the lump sum of
