In the area of safety, employees have routinely been involved with incident investigations, Process Safety studies, etc., based on their knowledge and experience. CONDEA Vista will continue to actively involve employees whose expertise, knowledge, and experience will contribute to a more effective safety program. Process Safety Management Standards were developed to eliminate or mitigate the consequence of catastrophic releases of highly hazardous chemicals in the work place. The information contained in the standards is available to all employees and contractors involved in the process.
