The subject analysis was taken while he was removing VC sample bombs from the sample point and while analyzing the samples in the lab. He was using respiratory pro tection for both the sample catching and analysis. This man normally is a lead operator and has not run VC samples routinely as a VC operator for several months. The high exposure is probably due to incorrect lab techniques due to his lack of experience on this job.
