The meeting has been scheduled for Aug 14-16 2007 in Boston. Expenses for the individual participants will come from current contracted, budgeted money. However, the cost of the meeting, i.e. meeting room, equipment, etc, has not been explicitly budgeted. I am proposing that API be given authority to sign contracts in support of the meeting and that the costs be covered from contingency. Please respond by COB, Thursday, July 19, by using the "Approve" or "Reject" voter button at the top. Our standard voting procedure for 7/11 shares to approve is in effect.
