Election of four new members to the Hourly Safety Committee will take place during the week of June 15 through 19, 1981. This election is to provide membership from Group I - Zone 1 (Depts. 13/14, 15/16, Power 2), Group I - Zone 2 (Depts. 513, 35F, 35P, 44/45/46, 50), Group I - Zone 3 (Depts. 19/25/27/29, 33, 48/56, 51, 53) and Group III (Laborers, Trucking, Janitors, Stores). The elected members will serve for one year beginning July 1, 1981.
Election of representatives from Group II (Maintenance Mechanical Crafts) and Group IV (Polyethylene Lab, Control Lab, Materials Handling, Guards and Cafeteria) will be held in December 1981 to take office January 1, 1982.
The attached ballots are to be distributed to all hourly employees in your respective departments. They should be in the hands of your people on Monday, June 15, 1981.
