Troy, We filed these comments with others on the Region 6 NPDES permit issue. There is a reg team going in to talk
to the region folks about the technical work, we were hoping to come in to talk to folks in DC about it. Some folks are pushing the "go see Ryan" dynamic. I was wondering if you had a better suggestion to ensure we get seen by folks who will understand but don't waste EPA leadership team time.
