J. F. Hussey C. Roush
TO D.' R.' Bishop '} Cl C. Rankey '
Z'b not sure what Che approach should be as Co Che employee communications George Roush is (again) recommending.
Personally, I feel Chere is a balance poinc somewhere
between celling employees "all we know about all substances"
and keeping them attuned to specific concerns of which
ve (Honsanto management) decide they should be aware.
I have no argument against a fully explanation of PCB's
and employee exposure to them within Monsanto. As a
matter of fact, X am such an employee. On the other
hand, Roy "Red" Hall was/is exposed to hundreds of
substances as an employee and union safety committeeman
at Krumarich. Giving him all we know about all of
them is going to be self-defeating.
Would you two gentlemen recommend a practical approach which George Roush, John Hussey and _ .tight consider?
George prefers (demands) a broad effort. I support a more specific (narrow) approach. X would like you experts to conciliate, so we can sort out a proper (or at least an approved) corporate effo .

P.S.
While Corporate Personnel is delighted to see the Monsanto Student Loan Program promoted, the EPS Monthly Report struck me as an odd place to publicize it.
