Inspection Summary - Inspector Comments and Findings
Inspector reviewed RRP Rule requirements with company representatives.
Inspector provided copies of Small Entity Compliance Guide to Renovate Right booklet and the Renovate Right pamphlet.
Company representative stated had recently started performing residential renovations and became aware of RRP Rule requirements from literature available at the Pueblo Building Department.
Project compliance records provided by the company representative are for the first renovation conducted by the company. Compliance records included renovation recordkeeping checklist and pre-renovation forms. Assumed lead present.
