Hammann *UJfCT KMUNCI 1st Quarter Safety 4 Housekeeping Inspection - Locker Building and Safety Supply TO : Steve Moncla The following concerns were generated during the 1st Quarter Safety and Housekeeping Inspection of the Locker Building and Safety Supply: 1. Trash cans were blocking two of the rear exits. Comments: Door catches and door stops will be installed to eliminate the use of the trash cans. 2. Walls in the shower rooms were cracked and paint was peeling off. Comments: The walls are disinfected on a daily basis. We will re evaluate the need for further painting. 3. Are boxes stacked four high safe? Comments: Yes, since the weight, size and height are within acceptable 1imits. 4. Some showers were dripping. Comments: Shower heads have since been repacked. This is a continuing problem, but will continue to monitor and repair when necessary. 5. The safety supply area was neat and clean. Comments: Yea! 6. There appears to be some confusion over "green card" inventory. Comments: These are STOP cards that were used in the training of supervisors. We don't plan to issue these except in emergency.
