March. 21}., 1936 Hamilton County Dept* of Public Welfare 1316 Pendleton Street Cincinnati, Ohio Attentions Miss Catherine Miller Dear Miss Millers Mr. the bearer of this letter, has been and ,, ion for several Neeles with an Illness which was first thought to be a compensable illness of industrial origin* It now appears that his Illness had no reference to his em ployment and in all probability the hearing of Ms case before the Ohio Industrial Commission will result in a denial of compensation. Hr. fl^mphas been recovering rather slowly from his ilJhiess^and it is my feeling he will soon be able to try slight work. However, at present he Is unable to work and he is still in need of medical care. Because of his illness and unemployment he is in rather desperate need of some type of relief, I trust It will be possible to work out some means whereby relief can be provided for him without the necessity of his being with the men who are provided with shelter and food by the Relief Agency. Very truly yours. HAKtis Robert A, ileiaoe," M.D. 0016507
