FACILITY OVERVIEW AND INSPECTION OBJECTIVES Conoco , is retail station located at 1539 8th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631 and sells gasoline. Conoco has 8 of pumps available to dispense gasoline. The retail station The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) selected Conoco for inspection because it sells gasoline regulated under Title II of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate Conoco 's compliance with the gasoline standards set forth at 40 C.F.R. Part 1090, Subpart C. II. INSPECTION ACTIVITIES The EPA arrived at Conoco at 8:30 AM on June 3, 2024 . Inspectors presented their credentials upon arrival and explained the purpose of the inspection. The inspection team received permission to take gasoline samples.
