TREASURE.R'S REPORT R, W, Henry outlined the Association1 s Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenditures, Comparison cf Actual Expenses to Budget and Duct Systems Program as of March 31, 1966. The Treasurer's Report is attached hereto and made ot tnese A motion was made, seconded and passed to accc the Treasurer's Report. 2 It was reported that several organisations had been contacted to do NTMA statistics. Price Waterhouse fie Co. had been told that on the basis of costs received from these organizations statistical costs should be reduced. Price Waterhouse has agreed to bill NIMA at the rate cf $750/quarter v/ifch a maximum of $3, 200/yr. J. M. Barnhart is to check further to determine if the company in Washington, D. C., which indicated it would do the statistics for $2400/ is a reliable one. 1966 BUDGET The Executive Committee recommended that the deficit that will be ir.cu for 1966 due to the resignation cf Pittsburgh Corning Corp. and EaglePichcr Company be made up out of surplus. A readjustment of the dues structure is to be considered at the 1966 Annual Meeting. A motion was made, seconded and passed That the deficit incurred for 1966 will be made up out of surplus. This deficit is estimated to be a maximum of $5,000. OTHER BUSINESS (a) A motion as made, seconded and passed That a Health fit Safety Committee be formed The Committee is to meet as soon as practical and (1) establish, a policy, (2) establish a program to implement the policy, and (3) establish a budget.
