We realized after the boxes were sent to EPA that there were a couple of inadvertent clerical errors. Please accept this letter explaining the discrepancies and substituting corrected information. Volume 8 of the Steptoe Issue Binders had to be split into two volumes, causing the remainder of the volumes to be renumbered. Pursuant to our telephone conversation of this morning, we have placed revised indexes for the Steptoe issue binders in the boxes submitted on November 15, 2004. The new indexes are revised as follows: Certain documents were produced in the binders but inadvertently left off of the indexes. The revised indexes include references to these documents in bold typeface. The CBI Document Log refers to the binder number from which each document was removed. The revised indexes contain a pinpoint reference to the place in each binder where each CBI document was removed. We have included one cumulative index, as well as indexes split out by box and by binder, each clearly marked, to facilitate your navigation through the documents. Finally, two documents were inadvertently left out of the binders. We have added them to the boxes as follows: Document 1 entitled "Draft" was placed behind Tab 2 of Volume 29 of the production.
