As you know, we have closely considered the IOM/IRAS recommendations regarding this pooled analysis and believe that the scope contained herein is the most justified path forward, as it balances scientific, practical and timing considerations. We are forwarding this proposal as preliminary version so that comments of a technical nature can be made. The cost estimate is also preliminary in nature. An official copy of the proposal would be subsequently forwarded accounting for any necessary technical and/or cost changes.
