Preventive Measures are then to be inLtJattssSl MBOSTRIAL HYOIEWE KECOHMEHDATIOMS Mr. Baker indicated that the installation of exhaust equip ment is scheduled for the Brook Press - Prefora area within the next thirty to sixty days. This additional equipmnt should mlniaize the asbestos exposure in this area ofyour plant. ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION - BLOK PRESS DEPARTMENT Hr. Baker, Mr. Roberts, and I investigated the oirounstances involved in the S/15/63 accident to Hr. Walter D. Bovin in the Blok Press Department. Mr. Baker pointed out that the accident was produced when Mr. Bowen stepped on the stripper treadle and caught his finger between the stripper and the upper plate as the die was being stripped. The result of this survey wee discussed with Mr. Baker, including several sinor recomendations. The nost serious accident exposure noted is discussed on the attached Recoanendatiaa Sheet.
