Rose Mary Fritz discussed the October 24 - 27th (revised dates) Annual Housekeeping Inspection. All inspectors will remain the same. The schedule was revised and changed as necessary. Fritz will issue the inspection guide to the units for inclusion of their hosts. SHAC guides for the inspection are as follows:
Monday - All SHAC at 8:00 AM
R. Fritz and W. Howe are SHAC guides the rest of
the day.

Wednesday - R. Baca and B. Latimer
Thursday - B. Hammon and R. Baca
The Office Safety Committee is responsible for publicity. Bob Hammonn will insure that this is handled. Bill Howe and Louis Decker will make pictures of bad areas around the plant for the expanded staff, prior to the inspection. Bill Howe will coordinate. Harry Conrad will present suggested criteria on the Monday morning of the inspection.
CONTRACTOR SAFETY - September 28th SHAC meeting will start at 12:30, and the committee will remain in session as long as necessary to compose an action plan.
OLD BUSINESS - Bob Hammonn displayed the high noise area sign; and also reviewed the OSHA citation.
