Henrich The attached report summarizes the initial data obtained on cross-checking the accuracy and of the three types of monitoring currently in use for vinyl chloride concentrations at the Assonet plant. As anticipated, there seems to be good correlation between the new plant continuous monitoring Areas gas chromatographs and the new laboratory Perkin Elmer Model 3920 gas chromatograph for sampling vinyl chloride concentrations in air. The two Century OVA 98B total hydrocarbon analyzers lack good reproducibility between themselves and are not sensitive in the areas of low concen trations.
