When Tipton was in New York the other day, Henry Whitson supplied him with figures pertaining to our domestic costs in connection with the production of 45X,, These figures, to gether with such information as Sidney Ting will be accumulating with respect to the installation at Carter, should prove cf value in determining an equitable arrangement between CTP and Carter. We are all certain that there will be no difficulty in arriving at a basis with which we should all be completely happy. Undoubtedly Tipton and Sidney Ting will be getting together before long to work these things out and when we have our meeting on June 21st, we can discuss any unfinished business relating to the arrangement, if all arrangements have not teen concluded by that time.
