C. A. D4|ko Chicago Chicago Plant - 12/1/75 Safety Talks Your primary responsibility as plant superintendent Is to assure that a dynamic safety program Is continuously carried out with all employees dedicating themselves to total compllanee with corporate divisional and plant safety philosophy, policy and responsibility. I firmly believe that the strongest point of any safety program Is the communication between the shift foremen and his men, which Is why It has been establI shed that each foreman will hold two safety talks per month and each hourly employee will attend at least two of these meetings.
