jin NEPA news, four former Democratic White House Council of Environmental Quality officials are warning President Donald Trump and key Cabinet officials that their efforts to speed environmental reviews could open the door for such reviews to be rejected by courts.
jin Congress, the top Democrat on the House energy committee is asking EPA's Office jof Inspector General to provide a "comprehensive factual record" related to possible legal violations of anti-lobbying laws by EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, citing concerns over his efforts to advocate for leaving the Paris climate deal.
