I have a couple of questions about the proposed Renewables Enhancement and Growth Support [REGS] rule if you don't mind: The proposed rule was sent to the Office of Management and Budget for review, correct? Can you tell me when it was sent? The Urban Air Initiative said that REGS would make ethanol blends above 15% illegal in anything other than flex fuel vehicles (FFVs). Is that the case?
