The shows are going into production shortly. Al Sather and I are also preparing a new, multi-part Contractor Safety Orientation/Training program for use with outside contractors, and one suggestion is to use these two shows in that program, too. Do either of you see a problem, legal or otherwise, in taking this approach? The object, of course, is to save time and money by not producing separate contractor shows. If there were a problem, could we solve it by simply deleting portions of the existing script (this is the least-cost alternative), or would we have to reword sections or add new information for contractors (which would necessitate production of separate shows)?
