On motion duly made, saoondad and carried, tha following resolution was approved! RESOLVED, that the number of directors of tha Lead Industries Association be fixed at 24 for the 1976-79 tern. , ' TREASURER'S REPORT The Chairman then called upon Mr. R. V. Cronin, who gave tha Treasurer's Report. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, tha Treasurer's Report for fiscal year 1977 was accepted as read, and a ' copy was ordered filed with the Official Minutes of tha Annual Meeting, of Members.
