Eduardo A. Hernandez Inchaustegui is the Chief of Staff of the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic. He has working closely with his Technical Ministry of the Presidency, which is responsible for the development of tourism in the Bahia de las Aguilas/Jaragua National Park area of the Southwest DR. Mr. Inchaustegui is interested in NPS/International Affairs programs and saw that there can be some areas of collaboration, including but not limited to management of this important, transnational, UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
