Hey All,
I am sure most of you saw Administrator Zeldin's announcement of all the reconsideration work that will happen across the Agency under this administration. A fair amount of that will be housed in SPPD and, in fact, there are nine rules that were highlighted for to focus on for the industrial sectors. This fact sheet is a bit buried on some of our websites but thought it is worth highlighting to all of you: iittps://www.epa.gov/system/files/documents/2025-03/neshappowering-thegreat-american-comeback fact-sheet 2.pdf
One aspect to highlight that is buried in the document is the use of a presidential exemption. If you are working on a project that touches on one of the highlighted industries, you are welcome to share with them the information that this waiver is being provided on a company by company basis. I believe that PACS will be setting up an inbox to receive those inquiries. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions
