Box 998 Port Neches, TX 77651 Dear Sir: On Thursday, January 14, 1982, Mr. Marvin Silvertooth arrived at the CONOCO VCM Plant to receive a load of muriatic acid. The incinerator operator start ed the loading and Mr. Silvertooth was to watch it. While the truck was load ing, Mr. Silvertooth was very loud, used vulgar language and visibly displayed motions out of the normal. The incinerator operator and the shift supervisor could smell alcohol on his breath. After loading was complete it was observed that the truck was overloaded and needed to be partially off loaded to our limestone neutralization pits. It took Mr. Silvertooth approximately 35 min utes to repeatedly manuever his truck to the neutralization pit which is located in an unobstructed area of the plant. After the load was partially drained, Mr. Silvertooth left the yard. This type of behavior will not be tolerated at the VCM Plant now or at any time in the future. I would request that Mr. Silvertooth not be sent to the VCM Plant in the future if at all possible. Should he return to our plant, and a similar situation as described above occur, he will be asked to leave our premises and will be refused entry from that time forward.
