Machined from solid brass stock, these connectors
provide a practical, serviceable, economical means of
quickly extending leads, etc. Dependable contact
assured by spring action of split tongues. No tools
required for operation. Can be insulated by rubber
hose slipped over cable, or by tape.
Intulatsd-taper Typ*
A convenient timesaver for changing cable connec
o
tions, extending leads, etc. Easily and positively con
nected or disconnected by a simple twist. No bolts or
screws. Adequately and entirely insulated with horn
fiber. Insulation extends past end of female half of
connector, which should always be used on the live
side. Different colors can be used to indicate polarity.

Bolt Typs
Cable connectors of this type provide a rigid, posi tive, nonslipping method of connecting welding cables. Two drop-forged electrolytic copper lugs are bolted together by one square-shoulder, nonrotating steel bolt, with hardened nut and lock washer. Surfaces of
lugs are machined for full contact. Insulation can be provided by a flexible rubber'tube or by friction tape.
