In view of the fact that it has been some time since the last meeting of the Committee, obviously, there are a number of important topics to discuss. A detailed agenda, prepared by your Chairman, Robert M. Miller and Jerome H. Heckman, Esq,, is attached hereto. We would kindly ask that each member of the Committee review this agenda carefully, and those shown as delivering a formal report should please bring a written report to the meeting. This will expedite our discussions. If for one reason or another an individual is unable to attend the meeting, he is kindly asked to send a written report to the undersigned prior to our business session on June 19. Although most of you have your favorite hotel in New York City, The Summit has set aside a small block of rooms for the previous night. Those desiring sleeping accommodations there should write to The Summit before June 1, 1969, the deadline date for releasing the rooms set aside for us.
