I was pleased to see the progress you are making on NSR reform. I hope you will consider the attached meeting request from my client, the Steel Manufacturers Association. The purpose of the meeting is mainly introductory. We would like to discuss the EAF steel industry's area source rule (Subpart YYYYY), which is not one of the rules subject to the various consent decrees, and to also discuss the mercury switch removal program (National Vehicle Mercury Switch Removal Program) that serves as our industry's MACT standard. SMA does not have any specific requests at the meeting. Again, we really just want to introduce the organization, express support for your efforts, and offer whatever assistance we can provide.
