However, I believe that this is a matter which I should take up with Dr, Kahoe and I as therefore subediting to hia a copy of my letter of February 9th and yours of February 23rd. I do think that if the quantities reach anything over a few hundred cubic centimeters it might be a good idea for one of our safety representatives to make a routine call and discuss the handling of the material with the -individual concerned. This is never done with the idea of checking up or giving any arbitrary instructions, but is merely to bo helpful to the recipient of the product in cas there are any questions on his mind. Naturally, if the quantities Involved are very great, the product should be bandied under a hood and. with proper physical equipment.
