If you do not agree with the additions/ I trust your judgment to delete or revise my comments. On page 5/ line 11/ I deleted "Therefore . . * and substituted: "Which is the same condition allowed in the 1983 claim. Therefore/ the 1984 claim should not be construed as a new claim but a continuation of the 1983 claim." I also revised page 6/ line 1 to read: For the reasons stated/ the employer requests that the 1984 claim be denied in its entirety including the conditions described as angina pectoris and coronary artery disease. However/ if you are inclined to allow the 1984 claim as a new and separate injury/ it should only be allowed as bronchiolitis and denied for all other conditions claimed by the claimant to pertain to this claim. Lastly/ I added the following paragraph concerning our motion regarding the extent of disability issue. As a reminder/ we ask for your consideration of the employers motion filed on December 26/ 1984 regarding the claimant's extent of disability. It is the employers opinion that the claimant is disabled due to his heart problems which are not related to his industrial injury. In support of their motion the employer relies upon the medical reports of Drs. Kravitz & VanOrstrand. In particular/ Dr. VanOrstrand concludes; "if he did not have his heart problems Mr. Scott could return to his last specific job description of being a general laborer in mainten ance ..."
