Lunch and Underground Tour Needs What room will the lunch take place in - 2nd floor conference room One large table or multiple tables- I think we do U shaped table, approx. 20 attendees? Who arranges lunch and who do we need to talk to about payment- Our HR professionals will get from a local vendor, we can invoice after? Who will MC lunch discussion List of lunch attendees and blurb about their role List of elected officials who will attend event In addition to EPA officials, who will join the underground tour Can we receive safety training video in advance- Please do not forward. This video must be watched by all members of the team that are going underground. On-site you will have to do training on breathing apparatus (1O- l 5mins) and there will be a signature page that you are ce1iified. FYI- attached are a few photos of the bathhouse where the miners congregate for their safety briefings, etc. before going underground. This would be the recommended location for the open press/discussions with miners.
