Thanks Ross. Ryan, I am happy to send you all the communication I have had with EPA if you wish. I need just 5-10 minutes with Mr. Pruitt to explain why the EPA is essentially forcing me to sell my company to a non- construction equipment manufacturer. Amazing, but absolutely true.
I hope to meet you while I am in DC tomorrow, the 20th and Wednesday the 21st.
Best,
Dyke

Ryan,
By way of email I'd like to introduce you to Dyke Messinger. Dyke is President and CEO of Power Curbers, Inc., and a member of the NAM Board of Directors. He didn't get a chance to talk with you at our board meeting back in March but he wanted some guidance with respect to a waiver issue his company is having under the TPEM diesel emissions program. As a small-to-medium manufacturer Dyke does not maintain a Washington office and relies on the NAM to help make introductions like these.
Feel free to keep me on the email chain if you'd like. I'm traveling today but will be back in DC tomorrow if I can be helpful. We'll both actually be at the agency tomorrow afternoon for a large group meeting with Samantha and a few others as part of the NAM annual fly-in.
Dyke, feel free to take it from here.

Perfect. I would be very interested in that.
I'm looping in the appropriate people because we were just talking about this yesterday. We are so eager for you to arrive.

Ryan:
Hayley Ford gave me the good news yesterday and I'm sure she told you my start date is June 5.
I think it would be wise to have a couple of meetings before June 5 to make sure that I'm aligned from day one with the administration's environmental enforcement priorities.
I'd like to suggest that I meet with you, Byron, and Mandy (and any others that you think would have a point of view on environmental enforcement policy), and then have some
time with the Administrator. After that, I think it would be smart to meet with Larry Starfield to talk about transition matters.
You can most easily reach me in response to this email or by cell at Personal Phone/Ex. 6
Warm regards, Patrick
