St. Louis August 19, 1966 Mr. Walter Waychoff - WWAYC I talked to your customer, Bill Boyer, at Fiberfill In Evansville. He stated he had two people with dermatitis which was occurring during dry blending fiberglass, SAN resin, Aroclor, and antimony oxide. I could not help him much and I told him that if they were getting dermatitis from Aroclor there was not anything we could do except use a barrier lotion and better housekeeping. From what he told me, however, their operation was quite clean. I told him the other alternative was just to remove the employees. This does not seem like a chloracne or sensitization as it gets better when the men are removed.
