Diacon, enclosed are 80 pre-addressed labels marked "disposal only" for the drums of Aroclor 1232 and 1248 that are at your Cicero, Illinois (4o drums) and C*mden, Mew Jersey (20 drums) plants. You will need to clearly Indicate the drum contents on eaoh label. We enoourage you to use return drums that meet DOT 17E Specification (55 gallon drums, 18 gauge minimum, 2 bung head; 5 gallon drumB 24 gauge minimum) to prevent leakage. The outside of the return drums of Thermlnol PR and flush fluid should be free of fluid material. a As I explained to Mr. Diacon, our polloy of free Incineration applied only to our Thermlnol* FR heat transfer fluids. We do, however, offer a high temperature lnolneration service for proper disposal of PCB* containing fluids at 3^/pound on fluids (e.g. your hydraulic Aroclor's) sent prepaid to our Sauget, Illinois plant. Mr. Diaoon stated that one of your planta may have approximately 4 drums of synthetic oil fluid formulated with these Aroclors. Our Incineration service applies to these as mil. We cannot handle aqueous fluids. .
