We would appreciate guidance on the following logistics: May 28 pm: Drop-off Representatives from the Kia team plan to drop off the vehicles in the secure area on May 28 -- targeting a 1-2pm drop-off time. Can you advise on the details, for the drop off? (Vehicle/driver information data needed, requirements/procedures, etc.) May 29 am: Staging on Plaza A representative from the Kia team will be on-site to stage the vehicle the morning of May 29. Are there any additional details for staging the vehicles? May 29 pm: Event Concludes/Vehicle Extraction Representatives from the Kia team will be on-site to remove the vehicles, following the conclusion of the event.
