Dehn Location: 10 West Subject; Lake Charles - VCM Area Monitoring During our tPA proposed VCM regulation review at Lake Charles, I acquired the attached data. The area's continuous monitoring unit in the VCM plant at Lake Charles has been in operation for some time. Bryant Walker has summarized the data that this unit provided for two relatively short periods of time. The nine area sample points were located in areas that were thought to be critical. The data speaks for itself. It was recommended that Lake Charles relocate all the area's sample points at the VCM plant to represent areas selected on the basis of a statistical time motion study of operator exposure. /elm Attachments cc: z.
