Steve, My reply is based on the things I believe I am expected to have input on. I won't try to comment on Roger's or other folks' items where I am not involved.
I am providing the data to Debbie Mulrooney for items 21 (building dimensions for modeling) & 22 (permitted and actual C8 emission rates). Both items are due Dec. 16th. I sent the sheet for what I expect to be the final update for item 22 earlier this afternoon. There have been several minor revisions since the last time Debbie shared this sheet with the DAQ. I just finished a walk (in the rain) to look at the map for building dimensions and heights. I found one addition that I think will have significant impact on the modeling (but only for the research vents) and three that I suspect will not be significant. I will be sending that note immediately before I leave today. Debbie should then have all the input she needs from me to complete items 21 & 22. Item 36 is the requirement that we submit monthly emission reports for all C8 sources. It is assigned to Banerjee, but I suspect I am involved there. I have sent an initial note to all the folks from whom I'll need records and have received replies back from most. I expect we can have the data collection in place by the end of the week. It is not clear when we are expected to begin actually sending the reports. The spreadsheet lists December 1 . 1had a conversation with Bob Ritchey about this and was expecting that we would collect data for the month of November and report it by the end of December. I hope the Dec. 1 date cited meant they expect us to collect data starting Dec. 1. It is not practical to submit a report on the day after the reporting period ends, especially on the first month when we have not had time to set this up. Bob Ritchey: Could you tell me how the folks in the meeting meant to interpret the December 1 date?
Items 37 & 38 deal with the deep-bed scrubber and stack height changes. I issued a note to you, Ta-Wei, and many others so they are aware of the order deadlines for construction and startup. I did this because Ta-Wei thought the project team may have been starting to hedge for later dates. Item 39 addresses the scrubber study that is being conducted by Shibuta-san. I have not spoken with him. The only sharp edged requirement is that the study be completed by March 1. Item 39 - extension of the study and its results to the the other scrubbers depends on whether or not we find the results to be encouraging. I will speak to Shibuta-san after I have gotten the gears turning for the monthly reporting.

Please let me know before week end if we will be meeting the requirement for data submittal on the consent order per the attached spreadsheet--l know we are on track for the other items......thanks. I know Chris is working on this based on being copied on his notes to the various areas, but want to be sure we get closure and actually have reports to submit......
