No problem. I will cut for now so we play it safe. I can check in with Nick in the morning as well!

Great question -- I think most details like that won't go live until after the program but will confirm with Nick. He and his team will be on site VERY early tomorrow AM getting vehicles staged but I'll try to track down an answer in the morning.

Thank you so much! When do the 250 stops on the road trip go live? Nick told me that our Dearborn Truck Plant is on the list and I'd love to have Steve mention that, but don't want to get ahead of you all if that list doesn't come out before the event. Can you advise?

Robyn,
Please find attached a run of show for tomorrow's speaking program and a map/diagram of the layout for tomorrow's expo.
At the conclusion of the roundtable, around 11:45AM, we will escort program speakers from the Secretary's suite to the side of the stage outside the building. The program will begin at 12:00PM with remarks by Secretary Duffy, followed by John Bozzella of the Auto Alliance, who will then provide introductions for each of the OEM executives prior to their remarks.
The stage backdrop will be our large video screen featuring the Great American Road Trip logo which will be unveiled during the program. We are likely to have a clear podium but could just be a standup microphone -- TBD in the morning as the stage gets set.
We will be livestreaming the event on both the USDOT X and YouTube channels. And we hope to finalize a confirmed media list in the morning, which we'll be sure to get your way. Our communications team is cc'd here and can share additional details when they become available.
Again, thank you to you and your team for helping to make tomorrow's event a great success!
Please have your team members reach out to me or Grant upon arrival tomorrow morning for the roundtable.
Best, Ben

Hi all -- hoping to get a few more details tonight, including run of show.
Do you have more information as well on how the stage will be set up? Microphone? How the audience is set up? Chairs? Details like that.
Media RSVPs, livestream, etc.
My cell is (b)(6)

Thanks!

Hi Ben and team- wanted to follow up on this. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Do we have a list of media RSVPs? Do you need a quote from Steve Croley for a press release or anything like that? Also, will there be a livestream of tomorrow on the DOT pages?
Will standby for run of show.
Thanks, Robyn

This is great Robyn, thanks so much!
We remain truly appreciative for all the effort the Ford team has undertaken to build Thursday into a great event. And we are pleased to welcome Steve to join Secretary Duffy for remarks during the program.
Following the Roundtable, Steve and Chris will be led with other speakers from the conference room to the stage outside the building. I will have a formalized speaker list by COB, but our plan is for the Secretary to speak, followed by industry executives and leadership from automotive trade associations. We ask that any remarks be limited to no more than 3 -- 4 minutes. We expect the entire program to be complete by 12:30PM.
This event will be open to the media. I have cc'd our Communications team to this email for connectivity and questions on those issues.
Again, appreciate all of the effort to support Thursday's event and look forward to seeing you then! Please reach out with any additional questions.
Best,

Hi Ben -- Thanks for talking things out yesterday. Ford would like to prioritize this event so Steve Croley, a member of our C-suite executive team, will be flying out to DC tomorrow to participate.
Names for the policy discussion: Steve Croley, Chief Policy Officer and General Counsel Chris Smith, Chief Government Affairs Officer
Will you please send along the additional details on the speaking program now that Steve is joining? I plan on keeping his remarks to 1-2 minutes unless you tell me otherwise.
Thanks, Robyn
