Hi Nancy and Mandy,
I hope you are both well. Mandy, Chairman Buerkle called to tell me that she wanted to reach out to someone at EPA regarding Organohalogens. As you may know the CPSC was petition by the consumer groups to take action on them. There is a public meeting on Thursday and she was hoping that EPA could say something about the agency's action on this class of chemicals as she believes that yet again this is in your jurisdiction and not CPSCs.
I wanted to give you a heads up. Happy to discuss further if you want to give me a call.
