The operator commented that the part of the dryer that holds the brush attachment got too hot and that she had to change from dry to style and that her index finger got red from the heat. She also found the unit too noisy and indicated that the hair got too hot for her to handle. Gentle I'.ax has been tested on 6 subjects with no adverse comments while Pro Max has been tested on a total of 9 subjects with no adverse comments.
