Dear Kerri Kane: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the TCI Packaging on January 23, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 4325 France Rd evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the December 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
