My understanding is that the team's objective is to develop implementing guidelines for the policy statement. That statement will be in final form by July 22. The team will be composed of Management from Blane, Premiere and Aberdeen, someone from quality to help with statistical issues, and myself. By July 25, I need Gary and Tom to appoint or notify plant participants and let me know who to contact. I'll contact Quality about participation.
