As to publicizing it within Shell, I would vote yes. I know that there are issues with the project, but, for now, at least, we are a stakeholder. The project is huge and given our strategy to develop the Chinese market, I think that it is wise to inform internal Shell. Who knows, someone out there may be able to contribute substantially to a discussion as to whether we continue or not. If it is decided to go forward, I would certainly include Susan Tholstrup, Chuck Walls, and Nancy Sullivan in a review.
