Dave said that he would clarify with Harold that they were not waiting for us in respect to the joint defense agreement. Dave said that he had promised to get back to me on the agree ment several times, but that it had not reached the "top of the pile" because the case had been so inactive. I said that X assumed that they had no problem with the principles that I had espoused in the agreement, and Dave said they did not.
