' " '' Xhave completed the electron optical examination for chiysotile requested in your letter of 6 June 1975, Six samples were examined bearing designations CPS-206-1 through CPS-206-6. The samples were prepared for examination by our standard technique and then examined utilizing our EMMA-4 unit. . While thin fibers (< 0.05 pm ) were present in the samples, none of these proved to be chrysotile asbestos but rather were amphiboles in nature, nor did I detect larger fibers consisting of bundles of chrysotile fibrils in any of the samples.
