OBSERVATIONS Mr. Grothhe reported that they are in the process of registering but he did not know exactly where the papers stood. They had arranged to have their consultants check out their atmospheric discharge to get the information needed for the registration forms. They are not using asbestos at the Washington State plant until registration is completed. The plant is just starting up.
