Malaga, #1 The question of standard color for this product has been reviewed with Sales. It has been agreed that the last production of 512-L-01105CX - 144550 is acceptable as the standard. Under separate cover T. Batt will send you 1 gallon of 5580 Deep Tint Base and a pint each of a black, red oxide and phthalo green tints as prepared in the Lab following the method attached. The tint level was established to match the Silicone Alkyd Deep Tint Base 523-W-01101A. By a copy of this letter J. Rode is requested to assign and issue a Glidden Test number to the procedure and add to the 55B0 card. Production is making a batch of 5582.
